California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Lease Revenue Bonds

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) operates all state adult prisons and juvenile facilities, oversees a variety of community correctional facilities and other important correctional facility responsibilities, and supervises all adult and juvenile parolees during their reentry into society.

While the primary focus of this department is public safety, the department considers itself a custodian of trust and responsibility when charged with ensuring that bond money is properly allocated and spent.
